When I first went to Shayne for personal training I was 78kg with a bad knee due to a few kitesurfing injuries, which stopped me from running or cycling. After my first session she identified my knee injury as a weak IT band and loose LCL ligament.
She built me a five day per week training plan which not only worked on fat burning and overall strength building, but also rehabilitation exercises to safely improve the strength of my knee. We also addressed my diet and nutrition (apparently pizza and cereal are not the breakfast of champions). Shayne's nutrition and workout knowledge was outstanding, and instead of just telling me what to eat she explained the reasons why I should eat or avoid certain foods. I’m not going to lie it was tough to begin with, but so rewarding! After eight weeks of Shayne's diet, three personal training session and two solo gym sessions per week, I am now 72kg, feel incredible and have really felt a difference in my strength and appearance. I can run and cycle every week without pain!
I would recommend Shayne to anyone who is looking for guidance not only for general fitness, but also on injury recovery and generally just how to live a healthier more informed life.

Shayne is an amazing yoga teacher who has a lot of experience and knowledge to share with her students. Her classes are both challenging and fun at the same time. Weekly yoga classes with Shayne have successfully improved and maintained my overall flexibility. Taking the time weekly to take the class with Shayne is completely worth it.

I approached Shayne because I needed to get my fitness life back in order. I was very overweight and wanted to be fitter and feel more healthy. Shayne helped me by creating workouts that were tailored to my fitness level. She challenged me with each workout. But more than just in the gym, she made a difference in my life outside the gym. She would constantly check up on how I was eating and how my own workouts outside of our sessions were going. The result was marvelous! I lost a good amount of inches and saw a tremendous increase in my fitness level. One thing I liked was her determination to help me change my view on building a lifestyle rather than quick changes.
